July 26th ride on the MVCC float for the Morgan County Fair Parade!

Time: 8:30am to 11am 

Camp Location: Enterprise Park

Bring: A snack, water bottle, sunscreen 

Classes: (grade entering this fall)

Mini Melodies.............Preschool/Kinder

Harmony Heroes..........1st grade-4th grade

Rhapsody.....................5th grade-12th grade

Camp Fee: $75 per child

Fee includes a Camp T-shirt!

You should receive an email immediately after registering. Please check your spam folder if it goes there. There will be more information and a document for you to sign attached to the welcome email.
All info regarding camp, performances, and so  forth will be sent via email and the MVCC Group Me.

Terms and Conditions

 

Be sure to fill out our Liability Form upon your first day of camp. Please review our policies and Parent Guide below.

 

Policies:

 

  • To ensure quality programming, the age requirement will be strictly enforced. Minimum and accurate age requirements are strictly observed for each child’s enjoyment. We reserve the right to move children to the appropriate class if it is determined that the child’s date of birth has been incorrectly stated. Children placed in a program because their birth date is incorrectly stated are not guaranteed a place in the program. Parents will be called to pick up their children and cancellation fees will apply.

 

  • Liability forms, legibly completed by a parent or guardian, are required for every participant who is enrolled in Summer Music Camp. Please refer to the other links in your confirmation email for appropriate forms.

  • Summer Music Camp activity fee will be charged and accepted through July 21, 2025 Please refer to the Parent’s email for additional details. 

  • Campers need to bring a nut-free sack lunch/snacks, water bottle and sunscreen daily.

 

Cancellation and Change Fees

 

If you need to cancel or change a registration, you must call or speak directly with Director Shari Carter before 5 p.m. two (2) days prior to camp date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes made one to two days prior to the first day will receive a partial refund. The following fees, per product, per person, per day, will be deducted prior to issuing a refund:

Summer Music Camp: $75

Day-of and No-shows: Full amount per product

 

There are no refunds for day-of cancellations or no-shows.

 

Products are non-transferable to another family member, friend or a different day. Weather conditions are not viable reasons for cancellation. Appropriate fees will apply to lessons canceled after the deadline.

 

Camp Programs

For reasons of safety and quality programming, the following age requirements must be followed. Determine by grade entering Fall of 2025.

Mini Melodies: Preschool/Kinder

Harmony Heroes: 1st grade-4th grade

Rhapsody: 5th grade-12th grade

 

We appreciate your cooperation in the following areas:

 

Hours: Camp activity hours are 8:30 a.m. to 11a.m. Children may be dropped off as early as 8:15 a.m. and must be picked up by 11:15 a.m.

 

Lunch/Snack: Provide your child with a healthy, nut-free lunch/snack and beverage. 

 

Arrive on time: Please sign your child in by 8:30 a.m. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your child before we start our daily activities. If you have any special instructions for the Directors, please allow extra time.

 

Pick up on time: Please pick your child up no later than 11:15 a.m. If you anticipate being late, please call us if you can. A late fee of $2.00 per minute will be assessed for late pick-ups.

 

Sign-in and sign-out: For safety reasons, sign your child in each morning and out each afternoon with a staff member. Unless previous arrangements have been made, we will not allow your child to walk home. Please notify us if someone else will be picking up your child. If their name does not appear on the Summer Music Camp Registration Form or you have not contacted us about a change, we will not be able to release your child.

 

Mark all personal belongings. Please mark your child's name on all backpacks, sweatshirts, coats, hats, etc. to help keep lost items to a minimum.

Sunscreen: Please apply sunscreen to your child before bringing him/her to Camp.
