The First Note
Since we are starting our first year of musicals, please be patient with us as we implement an engaging program. There may be changes along the way, but only with our Mission in mind and to make improvements as needed.
Please don't hesitate to ask questions or give concerns.
Teach In Harmony
Being a Non-Profit Organization, we welcome any help or volunteering you can give.

Shari Carter
Executive Director/Producer
With over 20 years of experience singing in community choirs and solos, Shari brings a lifelong love of music to every production. She has served as the President and Director of the Morgan Valley Children’s Choir for the past 7 years, helping young voices grow in both confidence and talent. She spent a year teaching Kindergarten music at Mountain Green Elementary and continues to stay active in the local music scene as the Soprano Section Leader for the Morgan Chamber Choir and a dedicated member of the Morgan Community Choir. Her favorite part of directing is watching kids light up on stage as they discover the magic of musical theater.

Rudy & Rachel Cordiero
Music Directors
Rachel and Rudy began their music teaching journey together, offering private lessons while raising their family. After moving to Morgan County in 2020, they were warmly welcomed by the community and began teaching music from their apartment. As their student base quickly grew, it became clear that more space was needed.
In April 2021, they began teaching at 103 Commercial Street in Morgan, where she and Rudy initially served as studio directors for The Piano Place Morgan. In 2023, they purchased full ownership of the studio and launched Morgan Valley Music—an opportunity for Rachel to fully realize her vision of creating a nurturing and inspiring space for music education in the heart of the community. Rudy teaches choir and orchestra at MMS and MHS

Lydia Hebdon
Stage Manager
Lydia studied Music Therapy at Utah State University and has always had a love for the
arts. She plays violin in the community orchestra and loves to sing; she’s performed with
the orchestra it’s in local productions Lamb of God and Messiah. One of her favorite
memories is being a spoon in her junior high production of Beauty and the Beast!
When she’s not making music, Lydia works for Morgan County helping with youth
sports. She enjoys hiking, running, traveling, and spending time outside with her kids.
Music, sports, and the outdoors keep her busy and happy, and she loves being part of a
community that values all of them.

Kayci Dunn
Head Choreographer
Although a Wisconsin native, she considers Morgan Valley to be her home and is incredibly grateful to be a part of the MVCC. She and her husband have four awesome kids who enjoy a wide variety of activities, including sports, music, hunting, baking, the outdoors, and raising backyard chickens.
Her musical journey began at age six with private vocal lessons and musical theater performances. That lifelong passion for singing led her from local and state honors choirs to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she pursued a degree in Vocal Performance. She loves seeing the children in the community thrive through music and looks forward to learning and growing right alongside them in the MVCC.

Brieanna Rincon
Costume Director
Brieanna was active in her church and school's drama program and was in many plays growing up. Her fondest memory was acting in a play alongside her grandma who sewed many of her costumes. It wasn't until she had kids of her own that Brieanna found her own love for sewing. She owns her own shop here in town where she custom makes clothing for women and children. She is excited to bring her knowledge of sewing to the role of costume director.
